for
an
experienced

Administration: Tasks include administrative work, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, managing databases, maintaining records and staff attendance, preparing meeting minutes, managing petty cash, and coordinating government grants.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of Unit events, such as Seminars, meetings, and trainings. Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure timely task completion.
Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the unit budget, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and processing for management approval
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Tamil is required.
