Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day office operations and staff coordination.
Handle student billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Oversee student enrollment and maintain accurate data in systems.
Prepare and maintain attendance, reports, and official documentation.
Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination.
Support HR and with required administrative tasks.
Assist the Admission Officer in student coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.
Centre Management Duties:
Oversee daily centre operations and class schedules.
Manage student walk-ins, inquiries, and provide course information.
Coordinate with colleges, universities, and placement cells for outreach and partnerships.
Support in promotional and marketing activities such as events, campaigns, and student drives.
Ensure classrooms, systems, and materials are ready for training.
Maintain petty cash, daily expenses, and operational reports.
Ensure smooth functioning and a professional environment at the centre.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
