Handle day-to-day office administration activities
Maintain office files, records, and documentation
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients
Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR support
Assist in billing, quotations, and basic accounts work
Ensure office supplies and stationery are maintained
Support management with reports and follow-ups
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma (any discipline)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Knowledge of office procedures
Preferred Skills:
Experience in construction / real estate office (if applicable)
Familiarity with GST bills, invoices, and documentation
Salary:
As per industry standards
