to manage front office operations and assist clients professionally. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors while supporting sales and enquiry-handling activities.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner.
Handle phone calls, emails, and respond promptly to enquiries.
Manage appointments, schedules, and maintain front desk records.
Coordinate with internal teams to support daily office operations.
Maintain a neat, organised, and welcoming reception area.
Support basic sales communication, documentation, and follow-ups as needed.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience
in front office, administration, or customer service (freshers welcome).
Strong communication skills in
English and Malayalam.
Pleasant personality with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (
MS Office, email, and data entry
).
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced office environment.
