Handle sales enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
Maintain product pricing, stock updates, and basic records.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers for orders & deliveries.
Follow up on leads, pending quotations, and customer requirements.
Maintain data entry for sales, inventory, and customer information.
Accounts & Admin Tasks
Assist in basic accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses).
Maintain daily cash, petty cash, and payment records.
Coordinate with accountant for GST, billing, and monthly reports.
Handle filing, documentation, and office record maintenance.
Support management with routine administrative tasks.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & basic computer operations.
Experience in billing software (Tally/Busy/Zoho - optional, preferred).
Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage office responsibilities.
Basic understanding of accounts & GST billing.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (Preferred: B.Com or equivalent).
1-3 years experience in office admin, back office, or accounts role (freshers can be considered with good skills).
