Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations and maintain office efficiency Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital) Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoices, expenses, and petty cash Support HR activities including attendance, onboarding, and employee records Ensure office policies and procedures are followed Provide administrative support to management and staff as required

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration or related field Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills



Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Basic accounting knowledge Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Professional attitude and confidentiality

Working Conditions



Full-time position Office-based role Standard business hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,328.38 - ₹15,579.46 per month
