Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized
Office Administrator
to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, documentation, and correspondence
Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR coordination
Support management in scheduling meetings, reports, and follow-ups
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
Maintain records, billing data, and petty cash transactions
Assist in project coordination and internal communication
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic accounting or administrative experience preferred
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers may also apply)
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
Timings:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
