Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized
Office Administrator
to oversee daily office operations, vendor coordination, front-desk management, and assist in marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and prior experience in office and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management:
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office, including facility maintenance, supplies, cleanliness, and logistics.
Vendor Management:
Handle vendor relationships for office maintenance, supplies, and other administrative services -- including negotiations, quotations, and payments.
Reception & Front Desk:
Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, handle courier services, and maintain the front desk area professionally.
Administrative Support:
Assist HR and management with documentation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office records.
Marketing Support:
Coordinate with internal teams for social media updates, office events, and branding activities.
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication with professionalism and clarity.
Procurement:
Manage inventory, order office supplies, and track expenses related to administrative activities.
Event Coordination:
Assist in organizing internal events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to
vendor management

preferred.
