Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate with different departments to facilitate communication and project completion.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain confidential records.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Ensure office supplies are maintained and manage vendor relationships.
Provide support to the management team as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
