Oversee end-to-end office administration including procurement, vendor management, and asset management.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR-related documentation.
Organize company events, travel arrangements, and office activities.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations and facilities.
Act as a bridge between management and employees for administrative requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
3-4 years of proven experience in Accounts & Administration.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and financial reporting.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
