Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
Maintain files, records, and documents.
Handle calls, mails and site visits.
Prepare reports, letters and internal documents.
Coordinate vendors, maintenance staff and service providers.
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintain calendar.
Support basic HR activities.
Ensure Office supplies availability and inventory management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in an admin or office support role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS office ( Excel, Word, CRM Software).
