1. Office Management & Coordination



Oversee smooth day-to-day functioning of the corporate office.

Act as the first point of contact for internal staff, management, and external stakeholders.

Manage office facilities, cleanliness, and ensure a professional work environment.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.

2. Administrative Support



Handle correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) and maintain proper communication flow.

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for corporate documents.

Draft, review, and circulate office communications, notices, and memos.

Support leadership in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and arranging presentations.

3. Human Resource & Staff Support



Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and duty rosters.

Assist HR with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Facilitate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and welfare initiatives.

Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.

4. Finance & Procurement



Manage petty cash, vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking.

Support finance department in budget preparation and financial record maintenance.

Ensure timely procurement of office supplies, equipment, and other operational needs.

5. Compliance & Governance



Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and corporate governance standards.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and business-critical information.

Coordinate audits, compliance checks, and regulatory documentation when required.

6. Event & Meeting Management



Plan and organize corporate meetings, workshops, and events.

Arrange logistics, travel, and hospitality for guests, staff, and management.

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

7. Facility & Safety Oversight



Ensure office infrastructure, IT systems, and equipment are well-maintained.

Supervise housekeeping, security, and facility management teams.

Monitor workplace safety standards, fire drills, and emergency protocols.
