Manage office operations and administrative staff
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Prepare reports, memos, and documents
Assist in HR-related activities like onboarding and leave tracking
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
