Office Administrator / Personal Assistant

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining office organization, supporting management, and ensuring that documentation, collections, and bookkeeping tasks are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
Handle documentation and maintain accurate records.
Make and follow up on
collection calls
professionally.
Assist with
bookkeeping
and maintain financial records.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for management.
Support leadership with
personal assistant duties
as needed.
Maintain a positive, outgoing attitude to foster a friendly office environment.
Requirements:
Prior experience in office administration, accounting support, or personal assistance.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
