We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations in our accounts consultancy office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have good communication and coordination skills, and support both the accounting and management teams in ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative activities including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate with clients and maintain appointment schedules.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and messages.
Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as required.
Ensure smooth communication for taking admission.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Commerce background preferred).
1 year of experience in office administration or accounting support.
Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
