Job Description

Office Operations:

Overseeing daily functions, maintaining cleanliness, managing maintenance/repairs, and ensuring policy compliance.

Communication:

Greeting visitors, answering phones, managing emails, directing inquiries, and handling general correspondence.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Managing calendars, booking travel, arranging meetings, and sending invitations.

Supplies & Inventory:

Tracking, ordering, and managing stock of office supplies, equipment, and consumables.

Financial Tasks:

Processing invoices, tracking expenses, managing petty cash, and basic bookkeeping.

HR Support:

Assisting with new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and tracking attendance.

Vendor & Supplier Liaison:

Coordinating with external providers for services, supplies, and repairs.

Event Planning:

Organizing office events, meetings, and training sessions.

Departmental Support:

Providing cross-functional assistance to different teams as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
