We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Office Administrator to manage and oversee administrative operations within our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized individual eager to join our newly opened Mohali Office and enhance their skills to contribute towards the smooth running and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities



Staff hour logging and scheduling

Employee onboarding

Processing annual leave requests

Submitting payroll hour reports

Sorting and filing invoices

Approving statements and requesting credit notes

Sending weekly statements to customers

Preparing department profit/loss reports

Checking invoice totals and sending email remittances

Producing customer statements

Filing procedure forms

Creating social media posts

Any other duties as necessary

As the role progresses, you will have the opportunity to specialize in

HR, Finance, or General Administration.



Working Hours



Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Additional hours may be required based on workload

Employment Details



Contract: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period

Location: Sector 126, Mohali

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: INR 15,000 per month

Requirements



Minimum 3 years of administrative experience (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Essential)

Experience with bookkeeping software

Expected start date: 10 January 2025 (approx.)

Note: While this role may suit a female candidate, selection will be based on merit and suitability for the position.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
