Job Title: Office Administrator



We are looking for a proactive and reliable

Office Administrator (Male Fresher)

to handle administrative and operational support functions at our office. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining smooth office operations, act as a link between vendors and management, and support HR and Finance in daily tasks and documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Handle general

office administration tasks

and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Visit

banks, government offices, and vendors

as required for official work. Act as a

mediator between vendors and management

for service coordination and procurement. Manage and maintain

office supplies, stationery, and equipment

inventory. Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning of administrative systems. Manage

procurement processes

and ensure timely replenishment of office materials. Support

HR and Finance teams

with data management, forms, and compliance tracking. Assist in organizing

company events, meetings, and celebrations

. Handle

general correspondence, courier dispatch, and visitor management

at the reception area.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage vendors and coordinate effectively. Attention to detail and willingness to take initiative. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Additional Requirements:



Male candidates only

(as per role requirement). Willingness to travel locally for office-related work. Must be punctual, responsible, and well-presented.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
