We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Office Administrator to oversee smooth operations within our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client handling, coordination between factory and office teams, timely reporting, and ensuring professional communication with clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage daily operations with attention to detail and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth and efficient office operations on a day-to-day basis.
Handle client communication with professionalism and accuracy.
Act as a link between the factory and office teams for seamless coordination.
Follow up on MIS reports and ensure timely submission to management.
Maintain records, track deliverables, and ensure proper documentation.
Respond promptly and appropriately to client queries and updates.
Support management with administrative tasks and reporting.
Apply basic knowledge of share trading for business-related activities when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Prior experience as an Office Admin / Coordinator / Client Servicing Executive preferred.
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and MIS reporting.
Ability to coordinate across teams, multitask, and manage priorities.
Basic understanding of share trading.
Highly organized, dependable, and self-driven.
