Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries from students, parents, or walk-ins.
Maintaining student records (admissions, fees, attendance, ID cards).
Managing schedules for classes, exams, and events.
Filing and organizing hardcopy and digital documents.
Handling incoming and outgoing courier, letters, and emails.
Student & Staff Coordination
Assisting in student admissions -- giving brochures, explaining courses, and directing to counselors.
Following up with potential students via phone or WhatsApp.
Coordinating between chefs/instructors and management.
Preparing class-wise student lists and reports for teachers.
Sending reminders about tests, fee deadlines, and school updates.
Fee Collection & Tracking
Collecting student fees (cash/cheque/UPI) and issuing receipts.
Maintaining fee registers and Excel sheets.
Updating fee payment status weekly for the admission manager.
Notifying students/parents about pending dues.
Inventory & Facility Support
Keeping track of office and kitchen supplies (stationery, ingredients, uniforms).
Notifying the purchase department when stocks run low.
Ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the reception and waiting area.
Event & Exam Support
Assisting in organizing cooking competitions, guest chef visits, or celebrations.
Printing question papers, distributing test sheets, helping in setup for exams or practicals.
Technology & Software
Using MS Office (Excel, Word) to maintain student data and records.
Operating school management software .
Managing printers, scanners, and digital communication tools.
Customer Service & First Impressions
Greeting visitors and making them feel welcome.
Managing student complaints or suggestions and escalating if needed.
Ensuring parents or visitors are guided to the right person quickly.
