Job Description

Communication Management:

Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail; routing correspondence to the appropriate individuals.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Record Keeping and Filing:

Maintaining both physical and digital files, updating databases, and ensuring information is organized and accessible.

Office Supplies and Equipment:

Ordering and managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs of office equipment.

Visitor Management:

Greeting and directing visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Basic Bookkeeping:

Assisting with invoicing, budget tracking, and other financial tasks.

Human Resources Support:

Assisting with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR functions.

Event Coordination:

Assisting with the planning and execution of internal and external events.

General Administrative Support:

Providing support to various departments and individuals within the organization.
Key Skills:

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a structured workspace.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues independently and efficiently. Candidate must know Fluent English(Speaking & Writing)
