Primary duties Include:
Attendance
Generation of Invoices and following up for payments
Keeping track of expenses and petty cash
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations - general maintenance, office consumables etc.
Vendor registration process.
General secretarial tasks.
Organise various office events.
Assist Business development team in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
