Oversee office supplies inventory and order new materials when necessary.
Ensure office equipment (printers, computers, phones, etc.) is maintained and functional.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization standards.
Manage budgets related to office expenses.
Maintain employee records and confidentiality.
Liaise with accounting or finance teams regarding office expenses.
Support planning and execution of company events, conferences, and training sessions.
Coordinate with IT for data protection and security policies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Note: Should have atleast 6mos of Experience
