Job Description

Initial Period:

3-month internship, with subsequent selection for full-time employment

Key Responsibilities:



Host clients in the showroom, conduct presentations, explain product/design options and help convert leads. Oversee showroom display & visual merchandising (ensuring aesthetically appealing setup, update product displays, maintain showroom ambiance). Maintain strong client communication -- from walk-in enquiry to follow-up, coordinate with design/production team. Collaborate with the team (sales, design, operations) to ensure showroom operations run smoothly, client expectations are met. Good English communication skills -- able to articulate design ideas clearly, present professionally.

Requirements:



Knowledge of 2D & 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, or similar). Experience (or demonstration of skill) in client hosting, presentations, showroom interaction. Excellent verbal & written communication. Good interpersonal skills. Comfortable working from office (not remote). Creative flair: good design sense, eye for detail, showroom aesthetics. Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. Basic software skills (MS Office, maybe CRM or showroom tools) advantageous. Willing to work first as an intern (3 months) and then transition to selection (based on performance).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
