Responsibilities
Maintain record-keeping systems and filing
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Qualifications
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary will be a plus
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
