Job Description

Office Administrator - Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Coordination

: Handle calls, emails, visitors, courier/dispatch, meeting and travel arrangements.

Documentation & Compliance

: Prepare and maintain letters, quotations, work orders, purchase orders, GRNs, challans, and project files (soft & hard copy). Track renewals for GST, PAN, TAN, licenses, and insurance.

Accounts Support

: Assist with e-invoicing, e-way bills, GST/TDS data, petty cash, payment/receivable follow-ups, and basic Tally data entry.

Procurement & Admin Operations

: Issue POs, compare vendor quotes, track deliveries, coordinate GRN, manage office supplies, AMCs, and asset register.

HR Support

: Onboard new hires, maintain attendance/leave records, assist payroll input, and keep employee files updated.

Reporting

: Maintain daily task log and prepare weekly dashboards for receivables, payables, and compliance status.

General Office Upkeep

: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
