Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Handle facility management, housekeeping, and maintenance activities
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
Support HR activities such as attendance tracking, employee records, and onboarding logistics
Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and administrative documentation
Handle courier, dispatch, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2-5 years of relevant experience as an Admin Officer or in a similar role
Good knowledge of office administration and facility management
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
