The Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, and supporting various departments with administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office operations, supplies, and facilities
Maintain employee records, files, and documentation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff
Support HR with attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs
Prepare reports, letters, notices, and official documentation
Manage travel arrangements and meeting schedules
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist management with administrative support as required
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
