Job Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and resolve basic customer issues
Maintain customer records and follow up when required
Explain product features, offers, and benefits to customers
Convert inquiries into leads and support sales closure
Coordinate with sales team for follow-ups
Prepare basic sales reports and maintain lead data
Maintain files, records, and documentation
Manage calls, emails, and office communication
Requirements:
Graduate / Any Degree
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle customers and sales inquiries
Organized, responsible, and self-motivated
Experience in admin or sales preferred (Freshers can apply)
