Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Oversee office maintenance and ensure it's in good working order.
Data Management:
Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
Handle data entry, document creation, and record keeping.
Ensure the confidentiality and proper storage of sensitive information.
Financial Administration:
Process invoices, manage petty cash, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
Coordinate with accounting teams or external vendors for billing and payments.
Technology Support:
Ensure office technology (computers, phones, printers, etc.) is functioning correctly.
Provide basic troubleshooting for office software and hardware.
Compliance and Policies:
Ensure the office complies with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Help maintain company policies and procedures.
Communication Liaison:
Act as a point of contact between staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Distribute memos, announcements, and other important information.
Education and Experience:
Education:
Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field can be beneficial.
Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is often preferred. Experience with office software and office management is also a plus.
