Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical records.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for executives.
Oversee procurement of office supplies and ensure equipment maintenance.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff when necessary.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Assist with onboarding of new employees and maintaining records.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and board sessions.
Record and distribute minutes, track follow-up actions, and ensure deadlines are met.
