Position Overview:
The Office Assistant will support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the NGO. The role involves assisting the management team with documentation, coordination, communication, and logistical support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle routine office tasks such as filing, record keeping, photocopying, and correspondence.
Assist in maintaining office databases, attendance registers, and project documentation.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services.
Support in organizing meetings, workshops, and community outreach programs.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
Coordinate with team members, volunteers, and external partners as required.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
Support HR and Accounts departments with basic data entry and documentation work.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and efficient functioning of the office environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream (preferably Commerce or Arts).
1-3 years of experience in office administration or NGO operations preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet operations.
Well-organized, punctual, and able to multitask effectively.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
Salary range
upto 20000 ( based on experience and interview)
