About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our real estate office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, support the sales and leasing teams, coordinate documentation, and maintain client and records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office & Administrative Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination between departments.
Manage front office reception, calls, and correspondence (emails, letters, courier, etc.).
Maintain office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative budgets.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain and organize property files, agreements, client documentation, and project data.
Assist in preparing and filing agreements such as sale deeds, lease deeds, MoUs, and registration documents.
Ensure accurate data entry of property listings, transactions, and client details in CRM systems.
3. Support to Sales & Leasing Teams
Coordinate between clients, brokers, and internal teams for property visits and meetings.
Prepare client presentations, proposals, and supporting documentation.
Assist in maintaining sales reports, MIS, and follow-ups on pending payments or documentation.
4. Finance & Compliance Support
Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payment tracking, and petty cash management.
Support basic accounting entries and maintain records of receipts and payments.
Assist in ensuring compliance with RERA and other real estate regulatory requirements.
5. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Handle client queries courteously and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and team events.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Diploma or certification in Office Administration or Real Estate Management preferred.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in real estate, property management, or construction.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
Knowledge of real estate documentation, CRM tools, and RERA processes is a plus.
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹9,533.12 - ₹28,550.85 per month
