Key Responsibilities
1. Reception & Front Desk Management
Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism.
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers (WeFast, samples, invoices) and ensure timely dispatch.
2. Inventory & Stock Management
Maintain and monitor stock levels for groceries, housekeeping items, and stationery.
Prepare and update food lists to manage pantry supplies.
Order office supplies and essentials for clients and senior staff as needed.
3. Financial & Expense Handling
Manage petty cash transactions and prepare vouchers for expenses.
Record and monitor monthly expenses of designated personnel.
Verify bills for stationery, courier, and dairy services before submitting them for approval.
4. Coordination & Communication
Liaise monthly with internal Team members (e.g., Aparna Ma'am, Sagar, Kavita in Delhi) regarding worksheets.
Track and highlight repetitive tasks for Management review (Bobby Sir and Paulomi Ma'am).

5. Facility & Hygiene Oversight
Supervise cleanliness and hygiene across all office premises.
Ensure pantry, dining areas, and office vehicles meet cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular checks on security cameras and office facilities.
6. Attendance & Reporting
Maintain accurate employee attendance records.
Report attendance irregularities to HR and administration promptly.
7. Administrative Support
Assist the Office Manager in daily operations and special tasks.
Arrange monthly birthday celebrations and coordinate office events.
Manage and assign duties to Office Boys and Housekeeping Staff.
Oversee driver allocation and related responsibilities in the Office Manager's absence.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience in Office Administration or similar roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
