Arrange meeting rooms and provide refreshments during meetings or events.
Errands:
Deliver and collect documents, packages, and supplies within or outside the office as needed.
Handle bank-related work or other errands assigned by management.
Clerical Support:
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Manage and distribute office supplies like stationery, printer paper, etc.
Administrative Assistance:
Support staff with ad-hoc tasks such as setting up workstations for new employees.
Assist in basic troubleshooting of office equipment (e.g., photocopier, printer).
