0-1 years of experience in admin or office coordination
Skill Required :
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with office equipment and basic technical troubleshooting
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Experience in an IT or digital marketing environment is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
Maintain attendance records, leave management, and employee documentation
Handle vendor coordination and office supplies
Support onboarding and exit formalities
Coordinate with IT and Marketing teams for logistics or administrative needs
Assist in scheduling meetings, and follow-ups
Maintain office hygiene, facilities, and ensure smooth functioning of the workspace
Maintain digital records of bills, reimbursements, and approvals
