Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations, manage client communications, coordinate project documentation, and support marketing initiatives within our architectural and design firm. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management, architectural processes, and office administration.

Job Responsibilities:



The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, handling budgets and resources effectively while maintaining compliance with office policies and procedures. Acting as a key liaison between clients and the design team, the role demands excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and ensure timely updates on project progress. Maintaining organized documentation, including contracts, legal documents, and project files, is essential, requiring strong administrative and organizational abilities.

Scheduling meetings, site visits, and presentations in coordination with the Project Manager is a crucial aspect of this role, ensuring streamlined operations and efficiency in project timelines. The Office Manager will also play a supporting role in marketing efforts, contributing to social media updates, website content, and networking events. Assisting in the development of marketing materials and client engagement strategies will be expected.

Qualifications & Skills:



A BTech Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required, with a master's degree being an added advantage. The role demands a minimum of five years of experience, preferably in an architectural or construction-related environment, with a strong grasp of design principles, structural systems, and construction methods. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, coupled with proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software, are necessary. Strong interpersonal abilities and multitasking skills will aid in managing priorities effectively. Knowledge of marketing strategies and social media engagement is a plus.
