Coordinate

general office administration

and daily activities Handle

client communication

Phone, Email, and WhatsApp

Support team in

service request coordination

Follow up on inquiries

and maintain communication logs Perform

data entry

in ERP/CRM systems Manage

day-to-day accounts

, petty cash, and payment tracking Create

invoices

and follow up for payments Drafting and formatting

proposals, quotes, and letters
