Manage front desk operations, phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office records, files, and databases (physical and digital).
Supervise and coordinate office staff and external vendors (housekeeping, IT, etc.).
Handle procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
Assist in HR functions such as employee onboarding, attendance, and leave management.
Support finance with expense tracking, petty cash handling, and invoice processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Organize meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and appointments.
Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, and overall office environment.
Provide general administrative support to management and employees as required.
