to support our day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

JOB ROLE : OFFICE ADMIN (FEMALE)



You will play a key role in supporting the administrative needs of our team and ensuring the efficient operation of the office. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and thrives in a dynamic work environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Greet visitors and provide a welcoming environment for clients and staff Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and other correspondence Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars Order and manage office supplies and equipment Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, etc.) Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service providers Help onboard new employees and maintain employee records Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as requested

Pay: From ?12,000.00 per month
