Job Description

Choice Tea India are hiring a dynamic Back Office Executive to support our accounting and operations team. The candidate should be familiar with accounting tasks and FMCG management software like Excle, Tally, Opera.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle data entry and maintain accurate financial records

Process invoices, receipts, and daily sales reports.

Use Opera software for managing reservations, billing, and guest records

Assist in preparing account statements and basic reports

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Maintain digital and physical filing systems o Sales and Production.

Salary upto 40 thousand.

Requirements:



Graduate in Commerce or any related field

Basic knowledge of accounting principles, MS Excel, and Opera software

Good communication and organizational skills

4+ year experience in a similar role preferred.
