We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Admin cum Accountant
to handle day-to-day administrative and accounting activities of the office. The candidate should be capable of managing accounts, documentation, coordination, and general office administration independently.
Accounting & Finance
Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and ledgers
Prepare invoices, bills, and follow up on payments
Handle GST-related documentation, filings, and compliance
Assist in preparation of monthly statements, expenses, and reports
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks when required
Administration
Handle office administration and documentation
Manage petty cash, office expenses, and records
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Assist management with correspondence, emails, and scheduling
Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation
Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum
2-5 years
experience in admin and accounting roles
Knowledge of
Tally / accounting software
, MS Excel, and MS Office
Basic understanding of GST and statutory compliance
Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in consultancy / construction / engineering office (preferred)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and accuracy
