The Role: Office Administrator



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to serve as the organizational backbone of Pigmento Solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation of the office, support staff, and handle key administrative and financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Office Management:

Manage and coordinate all day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring the office environment is orderly and functional. Oversee inventory of office supplies and equipment, ordering new stock as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls, mail, and general company emails.

Financial & Record Keeping:

Record payment details

, process invoices, track petty cash, and manage basic expense reports. Organize and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems for client contracts, payments, and company records.

Team Support & Coordination:

Assist management with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Monitor the daily attendance and basic leave requests for the design team and other staff. Provide clerical support such as preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.

What We're Looking For



Education:

Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma is acceptable. Candidates with a background in

Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field

will be given an advantage.

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.

Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) working in an office administration, clerical, or secretarial role is a strong advantage.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) for document creation and data tracking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in , English and Malayalam. A professional, discreet, and reliable demeanor.

Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
