As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions, supporting both staff and students. Responsibilities

:

Administrative Support


Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and staff. Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments. Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date filing system for documents and records.

Student Services


Assist students with inquiries, registrations, and documentation as required. Coordinate student orientations and facilitate a welcoming atmosphere for new students.

Event Coordination


Assist in planning and coordinating special events, meetings, and workshops. Arrange logistics, such as room reservations, catering, and equipment setup.

Communication and Correspondence


Draft and proofread documents, including memos, reports, and announcements. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping


Accurately input and maintain data in various databases and spreadsheets. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Calendar Management


Manage calendars for executives and schedule appointments and meetings.

Team Collaboration


Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support the overall success of the institution. Assist in the onboarding process for new staff members.

Adherence to Policies


Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Friendly and approachable demeanor. Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,500.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
