Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive
Office Administrator
who can
independently manage end-to-end office administration and operational activities
. The role requires ownership of employee coordination, attendance tracking, recruitment support, vendor management, office upkeep, and business communication with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage office administration, housekeeping, and visitor coordination
Handle onboarding, attendance, leave tracking, payroll inputs, and exit processes
Maintain accurate administrative, employee, and finance-related records (digital and physical)
Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
Track and maintain records of office assets, equipment, and work machines
Coordinate with service vendors for maintenance and infrastructure support
Organize online/offline meetings and manage internal communications
Draft professional emails, presentations, and respond to business development inquiries
Work efficiently with Microsoft Office 365 tools and AI-based productivity tools
Requirements
Any degree or diploma
Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience (mandatory)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of responsibilities
Immediate joiners preferred
