Job Summary



We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented

Office Administrator

to manage daily human resource operations and basic accounting functions. The role involves employee management, payroll coordination, expense tracking, invoicing, and statutory compliance to ensure smooth office operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)



Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and joining formalities Handle employee onboarding and exit processes Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management Prepare offer letters, probation, and confirmation letters Coordinate salary processing and HR documentation Support HR policies and internal compliance Address basic employee queries professionally

Accounts & Finance



Prepare salary sheets and payment records Maintain daily expense tracking, bills, and petty cash Generate invoices and follow up on collections Maintain income and expense records Handle

GST-related documentation and coordination

Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Manage vendor payments and bank coordination Prepare monthly financial summaries

Administration (Basic)



Manage office expenses and vendor coordination Maintain office records and documentation Support daily administrative operations

Requirements



Basic knowledge of

HR processes and accounting

Working knowledge of

GST invoices and compliance

Experience with

MS Excel / Google Sheets

Good

organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle

confidential and sensitive information

Prior experience in

HR & Accounts

is an added advantage
