Wordcraft Legal Translations is a trusted and fast-growing UAE-based company specializing in certified legal translation. Evergo Tours serves as the backend office, supporting Wordcraft's daily operations and service delivery.
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and well-organized Office Administrator to manage administrative functions, HR coordination, and customer handling. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while maintaining excellent internal coordination and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow
Manage office supplies, stationery, and maintenance requirements
HR Support
Customer Handling
Greet and assist clients professionally (in-person, phone & email)
Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups
Assist HR with attendance tracking and leave management
Assist HR with attendance, leave records, onboarding support, and staff coordination
Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points
Support management with reports, data entry, and documentation
Ensure office policies, etiquette, and procedures are followed
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum 2 years experience as an Office Admin / Administrative Assistant
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
