We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Coordinator / Telecalling Executive to handle daily office tasks, coordinate with team members, and manage communication with clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with telecalling, basic documentation, and administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive customer calls for follow-ups and coordination
Manage daily office tasks and schedules
Maintain records using MS Excel and MS Word
Prepare basic reports and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts
Handle data entry and file management
