Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration activities
Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Manage and guide the telecalling/operations team
Monitor daily work progress and job status
Assign tasks and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain basic records, reports, and attendance
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in telecalling or client handling
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to manage teams and monitor work efficiently
