Office Administrator

Primary Goal:

To coordinate office activities and operations while providing high-level administrative support to ensure maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



The duties of an Office Administrator are diverse, ranging from front-desk management to behind-the-scenes logistics.

Client Management:

Answering multi-line phone systems, and managing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.

Invoicing:

Coordinating with Partner with regards to invoice raising and follow up for collection of bills.

Book keeping and Accounting:

Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, processing expense reports, and tracking office budgets, reconciling bank transactions

Record Keeping:

Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems and updating company databases.

Banking:

Interactions with banks, managing all banking operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
